The Services may include functionality for vessel maintenance tracking, scheduling service and inspections, organizing vessel-related records and documentation, facilitating docking and marina reservations, connecting users with captains and marine service providers, supporting communications, processing payments through third-party payment processors, and providing artificial intelligence-enabled tools that may analyze vessel-related information, maintenance history, manufacturer-provided manuals, user inquiries, and other information submitted through the Services.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Services, including information collected from visitors who browse the Site, users who register for an account, users who interact with the mobile application, users who communicate with Company, and users who submit information through the Services. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, platforms, services, captains, vendors, marinas, payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics providers, or other third parties that Company does not own or control, except as otherwise described in this Policy.
Company is not a vessel operator, captain, marina operator, ship manager, marine engineer, mechanic, surveyor, towing provider, emergency responder, or maritime safety provider. The Services are provided as a technology platform, and any information collected or processed through the Services is handled as described in this Policy, the Company’s applicable Terms and Conditions, the Company’s End User License Agreement, and any other applicable agreement between Company and the relevant user or customer.
2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE
All of Your activities on or through the Services are voluntary. You are not required to provide personal information unless You choose to access features, functionality, products, services, communications, account registration processes, subscriptions, transactions, or other portions of the Services that require such information.
If You do not agree with the terms of this Policy, the Company’s Website Terms and Conditions, the Company’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”), or any other applicable agreement governing Your use of the Services, You should immediately discontinue access to and use of the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, You acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy and all applicable agreements governing Your use of the Services.

In such cases, Your use of the applicable functionality may additionally be governed by the EULA, subscription terms, transaction terms, marketplace terms, or other agreements presented to You in connection with such functionality.
This Policy applies solely to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and processing of personal information and other information collected through the Services as described herein. This Policy does not modify, limit, or expand any disclaimer, limitation of liability, arbitration provision, release, indemnification obligation, or other contractual term contained in the applicable Website Terms and Conditions, EULA, or other governing agreement.
By providing information to Company, creating an account, submitting information through the Services, communicating with Company, interacting with the Site, or otherwise using the Services, You consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer, and processing of information as described in this Policy, subject to applicable law and any rights or choices provided to You under applicable law.

C. WEB BEACONS, PIXELS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES.
A web beacon is an object embedded in a webpage, communication, or email that is generally invisible to users and allows website operators or service providers to determine whether a specific page, communication, or email has been viewed (“Web Beacon”).
Company may use Web Beacons, cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), APIs, scripts, local storage technologies, and similar tracking technologies on or through the Services, within communications, or through third-party analytics and advertising services to: understand user activity; measure engagement; operate and improve the Services; support analytics and advertising; detect fraud and security incidents; personalize content; monitor performance; support customer support operations; and carry out operational, security, marketing, and business functions.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to modify, limit, expand, or replace any rights, obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or responsibilities contained in the EULA, Website Terms and Conditions, or other applicable agreements governing use of the Services.
8. DO NOT TRACK POLICY.
Some internet browsers, mobile operating systems, devices, and applications include “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) settings or similar mechanisms that allow users to communicate preferences regarding the collection, tracking, or monitoring of online activity across websites, applications, platforms, or online services.
At this time, the Services do not respond to browser-based DNT signals because there is currently no universally accepted or consistently applied industry standard governing interpretation or implementation of such signals.

Company implements and maintains administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards that Company believes are commercially reasonable and appropriate for the nature of the Services and the information processed through the Services. Such safeguards may include, without limitation: access controls; authentication procedures; encryption technologies where appropriate; network protections; firewall protections; monitoring tools; vendor management procedures; employee access restrictions; security practices made available through third-party service providers; and operational, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, destruction, or loss.
